About Sandra
My journey has taught me that life's greatest challenges often become our greatest teachers.
For more than thirty years, I have had the privilege of serving as a registered nurse, with much of my career devoted to oncology nursing and several years as a home hospice nurse. Walking beside individuals and families during times of illness, uncertainty, healing, and loss has profoundly shaped both my professional life and my personal journey.
Over the years, my path expanded beyond traditional nursing. I became a nurse coach, Certified Spiritual Director, Reiki Master/Practitioner, Clinical Meditation & Imagery Specialist, and now an End-of-Life Doula. Each of these roles has deepened my understanding that healing is not simply about the body—it also embraces the mind, heart, and spirit.
My own life has included seasons of joy, grief, unexpected change, and personal transformation. These experiences have strengthened my belief that even amid life's uncertainties, there is the possibility of finding meaning, resilience, and peace.
In 2025, I fulfilled a lifelong dream by publishing my spiritual memoir, Memoir of a Fellow Traveler. Through stories drawn from my own life, I invite readers to pause, reflect, and discover hope within their own journeys.
Today, my greatest joy is creating a welcoming space where others feel heard, supported, and gently encouraged as they navigate their own unique paths. Whether we meet through individual sessions, Journey Circles, Reiki, spiritual direction, end-of-life doula care, or the pages of my book, my hope is always the same—to offer a compassionate presence and to honor the inherent wisdom within each person.
Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me. It would be an honor to walk alongside you.
