Kind Words from Those I've Had the Privilege to Serve

One of the greatest gifts of this work is the opportunity to walk alongside others during meaningful moments in their lives. I am deeply grateful to those who have shared their experiences and entrusted me with these kind words. I hope their reflections offer a glimpse into the heart of my work and the compassionate support I strive to provide.

Violeta D. "From the very beginning, she became a trusted mentor..."

" I have had the privilege of knowing and learning from Sandy for nearly two decades. We first met in 2008 when I began working with her as a Head and Neck Oncology nurse at Memorial Sloan Kettering. From the very beginning, she became a trusted mentor whose wisdom, compassion, and calming presence left a lasting impression on me. Over the years, her guidance has continued to support me both professionally and personally. I have participated in her meditation classes and completed her beginner Reiki course, both of which were thoughtfully taught and deeply meaningful experiences.

One of the most profound gifts she gave me came in 2022, after I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Before my surgery, I met with her for a private guided imagery and meditation session. I was overwhelmed with fear and anxiety, but her gentle guidance helped me quiet my mind, center myself, and find a sense of peace I didn’t think was possible. She helped me acknowledge my fears without allowing them to consume me, and then gently guided me to set them aside so I could focus on my surgery, my healing, and the positive energy surrounding me. I left the session feeling calmer, stronger, and deeply comforted, with the reassuring sense that I was not facing my journey alone and that a higher power was watching over me.

Her compassionate presence, deep wisdom, and genuine gift for helping others navigate life’s most difficult moments are extraordinary. Whether you are facing illness, grief, caregiving, a life transition, or simply seeking greater peace and clarity, I cannot recommend her highly enough. She has been a guiding light in my life for many years, and I am forever grateful for her support."

Janet M. I knew immediately that she was a kindred spirit…”

“I first met Sandy Ploth in March 1997 when she joined the Outpatient Head and Neck Nursing group where I was her preceptor. I knew immediately that she was kindred spirit as I was holding the first meditation session for the ambulatory care nursing staff. She informed me, after the meditation session, that she realized she had come to the “right place.”

I have completed multiple Reiki trainings, from Reiki 1 to Advanced Reiki, with Sandy as she is a Reiki Master and a wonderful instructor and guide. I have also attended many of her meditation and imagery groups online which I found to be very relaxing and peaceful.

Due to her Nursing background and the various multiple healing training programs she has completed, Sandy brings a unique and beautiful blend of medical expertise and spiritual warmth. As a nurse, coach and energy healer, she cares for the whole person- body, mind and soul.
